work less, work all: how to increase employment without increasing the long notorious as Malicious "GDP"

Crisis or not, you can be all the richer by working less and giving up (who has the luck to have) a few pennies of their salary. How? Following the principles of decrease happy!

Inspired by a beautiful reflection of Roberto Lorusso e Nello De Padova (I invite you to read by downloading the pdf here: http://www.decrescitafelice.it/wp-content/uploads/2008/06/tempolavororiflessione.pdf ), I make this concrete example as trivial.

take a big school, about 100 employees including teachers, administrators and employees (the same example we can do considering a factory with an equal number of workers).
Suppose that 10% of these (or 10 workers) to "give up", for example, three to five hours per week (depending on the job and the total number of hours) of their tour of duty in order to have more time to devote to family or for sport or volunteering, or even a particular hobby. Maybe going out for the first three days / week or less for working three hours a day / week, or stored in a week "free" per year.
later this month's salary would be decreased by one hundred euro, 7.8% less (on average).
Ma ... because "leave" three to five hours? While you will arrive later this month with the water in the throat, we "lose" 100 € for what?

The school or the factory, which is three to five hours "discovered" a week for each of the 10 employees who adhered to this reduction in time (and, therefore, with a total of 30-50 hours per week Discoveries) , is having to hire two more people (a full-time and one part-time, for example, or three new part-time workers).

For 10 workers who "give up" at about € 100 per month in salary, earning more hours to spend with family and following your passion, we have provided work for two young and not so young (possibly unstable employment, or unemployed / unemployed ). No extra charges for the employer (state or private it is), without increasing the GDP. Which, note well, so it is not even decreased the proportion of income was simply redistributed to make it available to those who otherwise (unemployed) would not have had enough fuel even for "basic".
What do you think?
Imagine if this reduction was applied in 10, 100, 1000 different structures. We would have at least 20, 200, 2000 employed more. There seems little?

Besides increasing the jobs (which is first class today), I point the emphasis on the fact that, by reducing unnecessary energy consumption, and having more free time to spend with our patients or our passions, increases (and heavily) our sense of wellness while earning less. It also increases our level of happiness - ricordiamocelo - can not be measured simply by material goods we own / buy / want, but ...

When you're comfortable with yourself, you're not comfortable with the whole world? Think about it!
