Scientific Culture Week boycotted by the Ministry of Education?


From 18 to 24 October 2010, the MIUR (Ministry of Education, University and Scientific Research organizes ( or, it would be better to write, "should organize") XX ^ the week dedicated to scientific culture.

Honestly, and I say this is like ordinary citizen but also as a biologist and teacher, I would have expected a little bit more from the Ministry, which in words is focusing on science (no press release that highlights the importance of science) but in terms of facts. ... (Read cutting the hours of geography, science, chemistry, physics in secondary schools; weeks left in oblivion of scientific culture ...) seems to want to boycott.

few trivial example to spread the initiative? Eye-catching banner on the home page of the ministry, targeted press releases, public events in news, information campaigns in the media, institutional functioning e-mail, etc.)..
