ORAZIONI DI SANTA BRIGIDA SOPRA LA PASSIONE DI NOSTRO SIGNORE GESU’ CRISTO

(Da recitare ogni giorno per un anno intero senza interruzione,se per qualche motivo non si adempisse alla recita quotidiana si potrà ripetere il giorno successivo recitando le seguenti orazioni per 2 volte,ricordando che per un Cristiano la preghiera deve essere al centro del proprio quotidiano. Inoltre si precisa che, avendo recitato tali orazioni ,abbiamo sempre il dovere di comportarci da corretti Cristiani,perché se così non fosse le promesse che in Signore ci ha fatto non verrebbero rispettate poiché non sono un lascia passare gratuito verso il Regno dei Cieli,ma un arricchimento dei meriti che il Signore ci mette a disposizione. )

Santa Brigida, desiderosa da molto tempo di sapere il numero dei colpi che Nostro Signore Gesù Cristo aveva ricevuto durante la sua Passione, apparve Gesu’ che le disse: “ F iglia mia, ho ricevuto sul mio corpo 5480 colpi. Se tu vorrai onorarli, dirai ogni giorno 15 pater e ave con le orazioni seguenti che ti do, durante un anno. Trascorso un anno tu avrai salutato ognuna delle mie piaghe ”

Promises of Jesus

Nonostante questa tua grande sofferenza pregasti il Padre per i tuoi nemici dicendo:”Padre perdona loro,perchè they know not what they do. Signore Gesù Cristo,principio e termine ultimo del nostro amore,che dalla pianta dei piedi fino alla cima del capo ti sommergesti nel mare delle sofferenze ti prego, per le tue larghe e profondissime piaghe,insegnami a vivere perfectly with true charity in mind and in your law precepts. Amen.

Eleventh prayer
