If he really adopted this change art. 842 of Civil (but I doubt it, given the powerful - even as a minority - lobbies in every policy area, cross-institutional):
- would always be a privilege (indirectly) to hunters during the Fascist period for a non- unspecified ... "Workout of the Italian use of arms" (sigh!)
- those living in rural areas and those with economic activities (holiday cottages, B & B, hiking guides, etc..) Can finally enjoy full ownership of its property and carry out in their work for peace;
- who will move to grant permission to hunters, who exercise their right guaranteed under the current rules, can do so in complete freedom of conscience and agreement with the estates of the fund.
not a paradox (all Italian, as well as abroad there is nothing like that) that hindered the hikers to enter freely in the funds altrui per una passeggiata all'aria aperta mentre i cacciatori, che imbracciano delle armi per un'attività ludica, possano godere di questo privilegio esclusivo?!?!
