Sweets made of almond paste cake

Dolcetti almond paste (like say a sincere friend Sicilian pastry)

Ingredients:


200 g almond flour 200 g caster sugar 3 egg whites



a hint of vanilla in a food processor chop fine flour almonds with sugar in order to get a nice meal order. Add vanilla.
Lightly beat the egg whites and mix with the flour mixture and almonds. The dough should have a consistency that it can be hard enough to stay in shape when you make the cookies, but soft in the right place can be squeezed with the pastry bag.

Transfer the dough in the bag will be provided with bocchettaa star. Do the cakes and put on the icing.

Keep cookies in a dry place for 24 hours before cooking. The rest is mandatory, if you put the cakes in the oven immediately lose their shape.

The next day preheat the oven to 160 to 170 degrees and bake the cookies until they are lightly browned.
