E' in fase di predisposizione l'aggiornamento del Piano Paesistico Ambientale Regionale delle Marche (PPAR). Si tratta di uno degli atti normativi di fondamentale importanza per la pianificazione territoriale, che recepisce le leggi nazionali e le direttive europee in tema di beni ambientali e culturali.
Nell'articolato normativo vengono dettate regole e vincolistica nei diversi settori che hanno a che fare con l'ambiente ed il paesaggio (costruzioni, aree di rispetto di fiumi e boschi, tutela beni culturali e archeologici, ecc.).
The Plan is subject to the procedure known as SEA - Strategic Environmental Assessment - and have the opportunity to participate as to construction of the Plan. Obviously has not been given any publicity to this mandatory procedure prescribed by law .... but there you are ....
All citizens can participate (with various reports and filling out the questionnaire on the website) and is a good opportunity to express their thoughts not only on the aesthetic elements of the landscape, but especially on the use, on management and functions of various elements that characterize the territories!
